The 58 storey tower is situated on the former Village cinema site, bounded by Albion Place and George and Kent Streets. The development includes 4,700 sp m of commercial space on 3 levels and about 4,200 sq m of retail space, some of which is situated in existing heritage buildings.

The apartments are located on the upper 43 levels, including double storey penthouses while the the car parking spaces are accommodated on levels 1 to 8. The prime point of address and lobby is on the Kent Street frontage while a large scale glass covered canopy and roof leads from George Street into the retail spaces.

Construction commenced on site in 2003 and is projected to be completed in 2006.
